REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and cosmetic products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless:
- Wrong item received
- Product damaged during delivery
- Manufacturing defect
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and provide clear photo or video proof.
Once the return request is approved, customers are required to return the product to the address provided by GLAMIE.
Refunds, replacements, or reshipments will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
GLAMIE reserves the right to reject refund or return requests if:
- The product has been excessively used
- The item is damaged due to customer misuse
- The returned product does not match the original claim
- The product condition affects resale eligibility
Shipping fees for returns may be borne by customers unless the error is caused by GLAMIE.
退换货政策
基于卫生与安全原因,护肤及美容产品一般不接受退货或退款,除非:
- 收到错误商品
- 商品运输损坏
- 产品存在制造缺陷
顾客需在收到商品后48小时内提供清晰的照片或视频证明,并联系客服申请售后处理。
经审核通过后,顾客需将商品寄回至 GLAMIE 指定地址。
我们在收到并确认退回商品状况后,将安排退款、换货或补发处理。
若出现以下情况,GLAMIE 有权拒绝退款或退货申请:
- 商品已被过度使用
- 商品因人为原因损坏
- 退回商品与申请内容不符
- 商品状态已影响二次销售
除非因 GLAMIE 失误导致,退回运费需由顾客自行承担。
